A 3/1 rehabbed house sold couple of blocks from this one (in the same subdivision) for $125k and it didn't include any appliances.

I simply drive by the property after setting up the rig a block or so before the subject.

IMO, the IRREVOCABLE trust is the final building block to a successful estate planning process.

A lot of times sellers say it's in a neighborhood but it's actually several blocks away...You might be able to flip it depending on the address.

There are some good areas around Temple, but it can get pretty dicey a couple blocks in the wrong direction.

We are in the upper 1/3 for the south side of the City, but more importantly are ~15% above comparable units (1 each of a 2bdrm & 3bdrm) in the same block.

Blocking a view could be a plus, depends on what the view is.

In other words you need to use something that blocks pets from smelling something in addition to humans not smelling it and that usually takes a better product than normal carpet freshener.
