Another way to get leads is to place "We Buy Houses" Flyers, I started out putting them in Grocery stores, taping them on Bus stops etc. and gave me a few calls

My full time job is in real estate so I do have that experience as well but your best experience for note investing is when you research and buy a note.My recommendation is to start making contacts to get a few tapes sent to you so you can understand what it is when you get them and what info is sent.Please note I have not bought any training from the above so I cannot comment on the paid training nor I am endorsing it but the stuff online is extremely valuable.
