I've used Uber, the bus, bicycle (if close enough) and even had real estate agents pick me up at the airport/bus terminal before.Hope it helps!

Less than 5 minutes to a Major Airport and walkable to many restaurants, shops and night life.

We can still attract Intel employees etc.The area around the Gateway airport is really starting to take off employment wise with a bunch more coming soon.

Rents are 650 x 4 units = 2,600l flew out for a week to look at units- okay condition close to Wright Patterson Air Force, Airport, Hotels, Shopping.This unit has HOA for 200 (grass mowing, snow plowing, Trash Pick up, Road Maintenance.Owner pays water, hoa, prpty mgmt.l am concerned about HOA.Any Advise!

Found an opportunity that is in a good neighborhood but there is a highway behind it..otherwise running the numbers for a fix and flip(so far) looks like a good opportunity. Have not ran comps yet, property is in good...

They are all adjacent to the property. 

We recently acquired 6 units in Oklahoma City that are adjacent triplexes. 

Municipality to find out if it is permissible to develop on the adjacent bare lot (may be requirements as to total lot area that prohibit) and if a variance or any other legwork would be required. 

Basically what that means for me is when I go to Home Depot, which is in an adjacent town, I tell them about the permit and they charge me a lesser sales tax rate.
