This is one REI story I must share with my adult children.

The individual wanting to sign the lease is unable to provide a completed application for the would be adult tenant.

I make each adult on the lease complete it.

Bottom line is there are a whole lot of people who have trouble "adulting." 

Did you know you can go from being immune as a child to being highly susceptible as an adult?

What happens with the rents collected after she dies but before the granddaughter becomes an adult?

Shaw does produce highly educated adults and they have embedded vocational training.

We were both into the construction business our adult life and we were taking about being into real estate.  

Of course, they don't rent for the same $ as a single family but can do pretty well.The downside is that many of the adult parks have high HOA/Lot lease fees and then also the depreciation of the manufactured over time comes into play.One we manage is on a no HOA larger lot in a great area that rents really well and for good money.

You can use microfiber on kids beds as they don't care, but I would avoid them on the adult beds.
