Finally free, I vowed to never own another rental property again after the experience.Fast forward to early this spring (2016); I had the good fortune of borrow a little known book titled, "Rich Dad, Poor Dad," from my good friend and proceeded to realize all of the things I had been doing wrong and how my financial philosophy was in need of some major retuning.

Inevitably, there are times when you will "house rich and cash poor", which is often a great time to bring in a partner's financial resources. 

It's a hot market so if you don't act quickly then you lose the deal in my market.

@Rich Lopes Is your expectation for more appreciation?  

I am a quick learner, politically savvy, and above all, a people person.

I recently joined the Rich Dad company real estate investment education courses (I know I know, everyone will tell me it's a waste of money etc, however so far I have actually gotten a lot of value out of them.

Quick question.....do you and your roommate plan to throw parties during the next 2 years?  

I am very green when it comes to the industry, as in I have zero experience but I am hoping to change that quickly.

He retained a lawyer and fought it and he won....pretty quickly I might add!!
