Newbie looking to dig in heavy

What up to all! I recently joined the Rich Dad company real estate investment education courses (I know I know, everyone will tell me it's a waste of money etc, however so far I have actually gotten a lot of value out of them. Maybe not 12k's worth tho haha). Anyway, at the end of the day, it's all about the effort you put into this thing right? Ive been religiously listening to the bigger pockets podcast now, reading books on the subject, etc. Now I finally decided to get on here and see what I can get out of it. Probably a lot. Looking forward to it!
