No offense but it sounds like you want to hire a property manager/accountant/marketing person and pay them less than just a property manager…Keep in mind that property management, accounting, and marketing are all very different skill sets.

I ended up owning over 200 of these homes because my west coast borrowers could not refi ..and walked. they lost all their money and I had a mess on my hands that took me a few years to clean up.. not pretty.that's the risk in this model is refi does not come through well.as lending has thawed out along with global warming its back to business as usual... but do be sure to have your take out assured.. most HML will demand it..
