We don't let Wheelhouse automate everything because the market is moving too much (especially now).

Evolve is cool and was a great starter management company to use, but what I found to be true is while yes, they created the listings, hired the photographer for the first time, and used their automated systems to send guests check in information, request reviews, etc.

Some rental graders are great but I would caution reliance on them as they are automated tools and cannot see everything.

The automations you can create are second to none.You also get websites and phones included, so no need for those extra services.I think I have a free trial code for reibb.

The automation tool is also really neat.

I manage all my properties myself and am looking for the most automated way to manage. 

I'm not looking for something to do the work for me but I do want a platform that will automate my processes.

Also, does anyone have any knowledge about which style and/or brand of automated gate require the least maintenance?

I know there is a vibrant startup scene there and the whole co-working/office sharing scene is growing fast (WeWork, ShareDesk, etc.).I've been doing most of my searching and analysis with Excel and manually scrapping data, looking at listings on Breather to estimate pricing and demand, going through WeWork listings etc.I was wondering if there was any software or service you would recommend using that would help automate the searching process?

I am continually driving neighborhoods, I have FSBO sellers automated to be in my inbox every day, and I speak with virtually every FSBO seller that comes in, speaking with reputable wholesalers, just to name a few.
