I don't think you'll find it worthwhile, but I haven't done the research, so I could be wrong.  

I don't know how it is in NY, but in IL you cannot purchase a property under an LLC. you can purchase in your own name and then deed the property to an LLC if you so choose, but the extra cost and time associated with this process doesn't make it worth while doing on flips. 

Policing seems a worthwhile endeavor.

It also seems like a lot of work for something in which you can spend your time in a more productive manner.But at the end of the day, even the tax credit does not really make it worthwhile in most cases.Forget about all the expenses that solar has that are hidden, $25K a system here in Florida can get you $160-$200 a month in electric.

One is better than none, if it's a worthwhile deal.

Remember, nothing worth while happens over night.

If the numbers work, meaning the tenants cover whatever those costs are plus my profits, it's a worth while investment if not it isn't worth investing.

My thought based on the players I've been around is while you have the headphones on...be listening to something worthwhile like the BP podcasts and less music.
