There are strategic directions you can go where you can cater to your professional background more directly - however I think 'building value' is what business and RE is all about - so if you can use your financial background to 'build value' -say with technology to provide more useful tools or insight, great.

If you are in the owning business then a deal isn't a deal unless it pencils with professional property management, no matter what sector it's in.The great thing is that technology has come to the ss industry with kiosk systems which integrate with the management platforms and security systems.

Call, etc.If you want To learn what the masters do, watch TV gadget sales people and pay special note of their proposition and how they direct you to reach them.

I will gladly... tell you this... with technology you don't need buyers to wholesale a deal.

Expanding knowledge about people and psychology and marketing and technology just to make a few will enhance your ability to see holistic solutions to problems.

From an actual design/development standpoint, again, I'm not smart enough to have any original ideas, but I've read that it's probably not going to lead to anything revolutionary anytime soon, just because the technology is so far behind the science (the fact that they found evidence of the particle at CERN was a one-in-a-million shot, and it may be a long time before they can do it again).

Since I know that I'm on the right mountain I spend most of time focused on putting one foot in front of the other and having the right team, gear/tools (technology), systems to most efficiently and effectively climb.

All the technology available is great but nothing beats just walking through Brewerytown which I haven’t done yet.To your knowledge, how safe would you say it is?
