I have new program via a strategic alliance with major developer to provide, to best of my knowledge, first of it's kind deals in build-4-rent similar'ish type offering.

I think theres a good way to strategically put it together  that maximizes your income on both scenarios.  

Aside from cashing out a portion or all of that account and taking the tax hit, does anyone have any strategic/alternative suggestions?

I was trying to keep the information as close to "high level" as possible, as many members here on BP would get a little lost if I went down the road of explaining secondary, or MI guidelines.I think we can both agree that information and knowledge is important to investors, so we can make the best strategic decisions from purchase to exit. 

But they left a few key things, and it struck me as odd, if not strategic that they didn't do these until after inspection - despite the MLS listing these items, and agreeing that all were included/to be done home before I even made an offer2) The Home inspection came up with a few more things.

I am an aircraft electrician by trade and will soon be a buy and hold real estate investor.

In addition, I know some tax incentives were provided to Embraer Executive Aircraft to attract them to come to the area.Also, Northrop Grumman has committed to building a large engineering facility that will be bringing 1800 jobs to the area around 2017 and rumors are that a large yacht manufacturer will be coming to Merritt Island.  

Are you waiting for post election and re-strategizing your investments based on the outcome?

So many people want the get rich quick deal, but real estate is a slow, strategic game from my experience. 

Any help is appreciated as I consider personal and client strategic plans.
