I just have to ask, if I knew very little about a subject, say about biology, how could I, or why would, I recommend others to study the works of someone who had written materials on that subject, if I didn't know what the accepted practice was related to the assumptions, studies and conclusions reached, how do I know what I read and studied was even valid?

I have come to the conclusion that what both political parties that make up our government really want to do, is to maintain a  work force for big business and to maintain profit margins for health insurers (who fund them and keep them in power through lobbyists).

A few years ago, I did a lot of research in the Memphis area because the prices for real estate looked like a goldmine with property prices so low, but after speaking with many brokers I came to the conclusion that Memphis is The Eviction Capital of the World and the biggest problem is that a high percent of renters live paycheck-to-paycheck and when they lose their jobs (if they have one) then they don't have enough money in their banks to pay their rent for the following month.

Once you've done your analysis, go into the auction knowing your highest price and then be disciplined about not going above it.Second advice is we recommend that you identify a property or two you're not interested in, due a mock due diligence on it/them and then monitor those auctions to their conclusion with an eye on when you might bid.
