He had many failed attempts he lost nine ships he lost a train load of other peoples money ,his own men wanted to kill him he was over 1000 miles off coarse and screwed up at every stage of the voyage but he didn’t give up and because of that “ sticktoitness “he is regarded as the greatest explorer whoever lived .think about that.... if you were asked to name one explorer ,most people could only say Christopher Columbus despite Him only being a mediocre explorer of his day .

I am assuming that ship has sailed by now since you are close to closing but something to think about for the future.Contact a lawyer and see what the best way to go about evicting a month to month tenant is in your state.For instance, in CT it is much easier to evict for non payment of rent as opposed to lapse in time.

Pretty sure the house next door was originally a double lot and this was squeezed in. ( the backyard is basically shared with neighbor, I can add a fence though)My concerns are:*I am very limited to who I could rent to (talked to some other renters and they all said NO to a house with no parking) *Renters would always be looking for a house to come up that had a driveway in same neighborhood and jump ship.
