I am going to phone him up and say exactly what you've suggested, honesty & openness always seems to work itself out for the best and I wouldn't want to do the opposite either way.

I know this must seem short sighted but, I have thought long and hard and to be honest I would be a miserable CPA. 

As a final point .... whether you're an agent or a principal in a deal, you need to act with honesty and integrity ... code of ethics or not.

I invest in REITs and crowdfunding like FundRise but to be honest, I have lots of money to invest and think I would enjoy it so much.. so i've been dabbling around watching youtube videos because I love real estate but never actually went out to buy my own property.

And I can tell you with all honesty that if you're looking to invest in properties for rentals that this is the market to do it in.

To be honest I am scared and doubt that I will be able to realistically start in a few years from a financial stand point but I believe where there is a will there is a way.

I look for honesty, communication, quality of work.
