They drink books, articles, podcasts, classes, etc until they have a blurry-eyed hangover and then they repeat.

I'm a newbie, but I can tell you this place has an amazing amount of info...kinda like getting a drink from a firehose!

As for meeting up, I'm game for coffee, lunch or grabbing a drink after work any day to talk RE shop.

I’m new to the Baltimore area and looking to find some friends interested in starting an accountability group, where’d we meetup a couple times a month over some coffee or drinks during a happy hour, discuss goals, and encourage each other and/or give advice on reaching those goals.

Its not super structured or anything like that, just a bunch of people with similar interests meeting up for a drink and some convo about real estate.  

Well, I can lead a horse to water but I can't make him drink.

We've got coffee on-site and folks could bring drinks if this ends up being a happy hour event.

I was looking for something that offered hyper local networking with other investors, lenders, contractors, agents, brokers, and good old fashioned conversation with like minded professionals over pretentiously fancy drinks and cold beers.

Happy to grab a drink when you move up to WA.
