We also made a reasonable accommodation for a tenant with a qualified disability to allow their service animal.

I'm happy to accommodate but would like be compensated for the additional risk.

Your house is filled with sewer water and you're not bending over back wards to accommodate your tenants by getting a hotel room?

Honestly, when I am looking for accommodations, I don't like using AirBnB because in the couple of experience I've had, I didn't feel they were as professionally run as a hotel, and I decided I'd rather pay more money for a hotel. 

There is no reasonable accommodation for a miniature horse.    

Hi all, with the passage of the new California SB-13 and associated laws, what is the minimum square footage needed to accommodate a 2 bedroom / 1 bath ADU and a 2 bedroom / 2 bath ADU? 

We are also  not required to provide accommodation by allowing smoking in the building if it is otherwise restricted.  

Even if the lease doesn't have a clause for this. both parties would need to probably be reasonable and accommodating.

You should never start making up new rules and fees, yatta yatta yatta to accommodate an applicant.
