or that the folks living in these homes are doctors and nurses.. single nurse maybe Doctor no way.. and on and on .. his description is all a big fantasy in his mind that he then spun very smoothly to a very trusting public and now u have multiple lawsuits class action brewing and AG investigating hard.

I am currently renting out my basement to short term tenants mostly travel nurses.

For example, nurses can pretty much work one day a week or seven if they want. 

What about if Mary is in a nursing home, the state lien is a medicaid lien and the consideration on the deed is for a nominal amount?

Hi Diana, I have a lot of clients investing in the Modesto area for MTR to traveling nurses as we have the highest serviced bed count until you get to either Sacramento or Fresno.

The home is very close to the Banner Medical Center (maybe traveling or relocating doctors/nurses?)
