@Andrew Magoun in the past we've used a group called Affiliated Realty, led by Greg Perkins.

And I’m going to start my LLC but I’m currently back and forth with myself because…I don’t know if I should make it a realty company or an investment group because I want to make several investments after I gain this capitol. 

.- no fee/ low fee realtor brokerage (commfree, 1% realty etc.) - actually they charge more than what it shows in the ad.- direct marketing through kijiji, facebook, reach out to my real estate investor friends for direct sale or another rent to own - this is what I am doing now.- 1% fee realtor website (bodecanada) - this is pretty new and I start to put my property there- rent out to tenants - this is what I am doing nowMy property is half duplex with illegal walk out basement suite so I rent out upstairs for $1200 and basement for $700.

@Zachery Buffin My wife is with Blackwell Realty. 

I have been looking at Auben Realty but not sure if anyone else has had better experiences with anyone else.

I had a very pleasant experience from my agent Anil and his wife from Frog realty who I believe is out of Tallahassee.

Someone I know rented an older home in Magnolia Bayou two years ago for $2500 a month, so I think if that same demand is there with this home being bigger and newer it should be no issue.

There was an earlier settlement by another realty mega-firm.
