I'm fairly confident the OP has never read a title policy so it's likely it would be difficult for them to determine if the matter is covered, that's why I suggested submitting a claim, believing the worst that can happen is the title insurer denies coverage.Additionally, most listings I've seen contain a caveat that explains the information provided was obtained from the Seller and is believed to be accurate however the information is not warranted and it's recommend the information be independently confirmed.

Each Mobile home has independent septic system, shared well, and tenants in place, I don't think zoning is an issue as it is pretty rural but I will be putting a call into the local building department.Thanks is advance!
