New Member with basic questions about researching properties

Dhruv Salwan
Posted
  • Hi Everyone, I'm Dhruv Salwan. I live in Germantown, Maryland. Super excited to be here. Looking forward to learn from all of you.
  • While using the rental property calculator here, I had some doubts about some of the fields. I would really appreciate if someone can help me with the following basic questions. Also, I'm looking for opportunities to assist my fellow real estate investors here in Maryland.
  • - What are points charged?
  • - How to calculate gross monthly income?
  • - Which insurance agents/companies to contact while researching properties?
  • - Where to get information about electricity, gas, water & sewer, garbage?

Thanks.

Regards,

Dhruv Salwan
