-I don’t anticipate any major repairs or replacements being needed in the near future.Recently replaced the fans in both units’ furnaces.Brand new dishwasher in unit 1.

You may want to canvas a number of areas and then analyze a solid number of deals (some recommend 100) to find a few you want to offer.Last think I can share is that the realization is starting to dawn on me that it may be better to spend a little more and buy a better property in a better sub market then go for the highest yield.
