I'm relocating up to Utah from Colorado and have decided to get my real estate license as both an educational endeavor and an investment in my career - it seems that everyone on the forums/podcasts that licensed has been glad they did.

😁 I agree with investing out of state, I live in Utah and have one rental property so far in Illinois.

Eventually, the hubby and I hope to expand into the East Valley of Arizona, but since we live in Utah currently, it makes it a little more difficult.

I keep hearing great things about you guys as well and have even given your number to a client of mine who made a major mistake buying Memphis properties from a company in Utah and needs help with management.  

Give me CA, AZ, NV, TX, CO, UT, OR and WA.Also, I NEVER want to see the house, never want to meet or talk with a tenant and never want to worry.My current monthly rental income is in the $25,000.00 range.

This is one of the reasons I just moved to a smaller town in UT that is over 100 miles from a big metropolis mess.

I'm rehabbing a house in Roy, UT that was trashed and sat vacant for months right in the middle of a great neighborhood.

I will be moving to Utah in two weeks to help start and run a Hard Money Lending company for my uncle.
