I've been a real estate broker here for 18years so I have my finger on the pulse of that.  

Come up with alternative ways to vent your anger - stamp your foot, snap a rubber band on your wrist, snap your fingers, etc.

No pointing fingers, lets get it fixed and learn.

Still fingers crossed on how we will end up.TLDR; Pick a strategy, dig into the details and actual deals available, re-evaluate.
