They have foam insulation on the back, so the walls are room temperature to touch, and not cold like tile.

The way I do it is on Wednesdays I go through my office listings and find a vacant property I think is in a high traffic area, then I ask the listing agent for permission  to hold an open house there that weekend and on thursdays I go out door knocking to the neighborhood with a market report of the month, my business cards, and a flyer that says Neighbor Exclusive Invitation with all the Open House info on it.
