The word "partnerships" implies to me that there is more than one "partner", thus, I find this confusing.

There are bad agents out there who only want the deal doneCons- commitment issues, if you work exclusively with one agent there is an implied commitment that makes seeking advice/doing deals with others uncomfortable- speed, by sticking with one agent you rely on their speed and processing times.

I'm not familiar with your area, but there is some wording in FHA stuff that implies that things should meet local codes and be typical of the market.
