Not all of that gets done however there is certainly enough volume to sustain a business - that said it's a crowded space so really think hard on how you differentiate your business. 

The methodologies and processes are rather universal, with some differentiation on the implementation side of things. 

Owners mistakenly ASSUME all PMCs offer the exact SAME SERVICES and PERFORM those services EXACTLY THE SAME WAY, so price is the only differentiator – and they often select the first PMC they call!
