Hi All,

I'm investing in long term rentals in Memphis and I'm hoping to get some solid PM recommendations. I've heard good and bad stories about many of the big providers in town, so was hoping to get some feedback here.

@Jenni Smith with Foundation Property Management, and @Caleb Parr with Renshaw. I loop them in with clients to get a 2nd opinion on property market rent and property/neighborhood evaluation, and they help with a seamless transition from closing to taking over property management. Lots of experience with long distance owners.
