prospective tenants believe they have done everything possible (and maybe in their minds or within their capacity they have) yet these efforts fall short of what is required for approval or, as may be happening in your case, may be short of allowing a fast verification.Therefore my advice to you are two things:A - Revisit your application information provided to ensure all information is complete, accurate and easily verified - simply completing each line on an application falls short of this.B - If you decide to terminate the application process, learn what money is legally allowed to be non-refundable and request all money in excess of that returned immediately.

I'd make sure marketing expenses are in there--and you will need to spend some money to make money4) the ability to add units is good, and I'm not sure how to price it, but you aren't running at capacity now (the 48K vs. the 74K) so its not going to be an immediate gain and may not be useful at all. 5) How did you find this broker and how long has this place been on the market?
