What about painting the kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities? 

This is an apartment that had two chain smokers for 16 years.We steam washed the walls, doors, cabinets, light fixtures, etc.

The kitchen would need new flooring, cabinets, appliances, paint.

We have over 40 spices in our cabinet.

Maybe buy a small inspection camera (or check FB marketplace) and drill a hole inside your base cabinets to check out the space under the cabinets but above the floor.

No gut work—things like flooring (hardwood refinish or other types of flooring installation, carpet, interior and exterior painting, kitchen cabinet refinish or install, counter install, window install, bathroom reno, electrical covers, light fixtures, etc.)

My guys will do the plumbing, electrical and roof but I’d like a painter for the walls, ceilings and kitchen cabinets.
