Stop the presses!

You clearly got some attention issues, have some stalker complex for me, so you earned you seat back on the block-bench.

Unfortunately, those are the ones, that cause a lot of the bad press.

I am meeting the agent on another property tonight and will press for more info. 

I find in San Diego the fourplex pickings are pretty slim (not a lot of fourplexes built for the size & population of the area) along with cap rates so low you'd be hard pressed to cashflow on them.That said, I'd be curious what places your agent has in mind and would definitely give an ear to his opinion.

The installs are usually met with great press & fan-fare, but the lifecycle costs of these systems usually FAR exceeds the initial estimates.Solar is a huge headache. 1.

I've been hard pressed to find an economist that's negative on the California economy for 2015.

@Chris Kreslins If you're looking on the MLS, you'll be hard-pressed to find something that cashflows.You should:1) Source your own deals before the seller gets to an agent2) Find properties you can reposition as STR3) Find other ways to reposition a property to increase cashflow/value- convert a garage or den to a bedroom, etc.
