There are plenty of wannabe flippers who saw a tv show and have no experience or knowledge and wannabe wholesalers who aren't finding quality deals that can smear the image of those more skilled at their trades.

All I know about mobile home parks is what I've seen on TV.

Every place is different.And while @Mateusz Prawdzik is correct that people are watching TV shows and wanting to become investors, that's not the only reason for crowded rooms.  

My focus is buy and hold.I study, read, and listen to podcasts and videos passionately( havent watched more than a few hours of tv since the day I began.I did get a real estate license and hung them with a broker, here in Atlanta.

As I see the devastating images on TV from hurricane Harvey my thoughts are with the community of Houston.
