However, any agent can set you up with a portal that allows you to see a trimmed down version of the MLS.

This involved a serious water-main replacement and all new everything (except the roof and walls), even serious tree-trimming done by experts.

It takes quite a bit of time to tear up, possibly repair subfloor if they just glued it to that (unless its on concrete), lay down new, and then lower base trim, toe kick, and standing door trim.

I know this because it's a vacant house next to my mother-in-law's and I have jumped the fence since I "accidentally" dropped my tree cutting tells over the fence while trimming my MIL's trees. 

Usually a Park like this will have lots of deferred tree trimming, road issues, water leaks, and a need to pump all the septic tanks.I'm not really sure which state this Jacksonville is in, but make sure that your state laws are landlord friendly.

Cove trim and bullnose tile are pricey as well.
