Or, maybe the bulk of the properties you are looking at are cash only - at least if you send them over it'll open the conversation as to why these haven't been presented to you.Account Closed True, we don't run a full title search, but I at least pull up the property in Realist to check for anything wild going on that was recorded, and in Chicago check for violations and 311 complaints.

You can then finance your down payment.You can use a Partitioned Note (which I have mentioned before, but no one seems to be catching on to) where one note is made in several parts of principal that can use different amortizations so that you make contributions to principal in the earlier periods....legal in all 50 states.You can structure the same thing in any installment agreements as well, Sub-2, Contract For Deeds or L/Os, as such may be allowed in your area.Without knowing what a specific deal might be, speculation would just get wild and crazy.

BTW, a grantor executing a deed does not constitute acceptance by the grantee, just in case anyone has more wild ideas.Why not do clean deals, play by the rules and stop the "out smart the man" games......you'll lose!
