General Contractor and Local Bank

Good morning BP,

Took a look at a few investment opportunities yesterday and would like to source a few bids with GC's in addition to finding a local bank to lock down the proper financing.  I went back and read what was already posted on contractors but didn't see anything outside of San Antonio being like the wild west for General Contractors.

That being said, anyone have any recommendations for good GC's in addition to an investor-friendly local bank?

Scope of work:

New kitchen Countertops

Tile flooring in kitchen and bathroom

Gut of master bathroom

Wood/laminate flooring throughout rest of house

Build a wall (12'x7') separating two bedrooms

New Roof - and beams to fix mold

Thank you!

JE
