I was advised by my tax lady ..to set a a C corp and pay myself a salery .. then i will be able to write off  my miles and uniforms , health insurace .. most of my truck because i only use it for business .. my home office ..my internet , my 1/2 my cell phone  .% of meals .. ect ... plus Im just going to take profits and roll them into buy and holds ..while still doing flips with my partner 

I've called the tenants and had the opportunity to meet one set while the other lady and I have played phone tag. 

I am like lady... you said NEEDS TLC...

I was talking to a reservation lady at Alaska airlines a few weeks back she has worked from home for 3 years now.. 

The older lady who owned the laundry mat called me back and said they just want to sell the laundry mat business and not the property.

I've talked to a lot of tire kickers, but my only clients are guys (and one lady) with all of the above.

Even with the time difference between California and Florida thyese Ladies made it happen.Thanks for all your hard work ladies

They have no time line, they just want to get rid of it said the lady.
