So... fixer on MLS Ad says "likely a tear down"

https://www.redfin.com/CA/Woodland/126-N-Walnut-St...

I drove it... looks fine to me. A little rough, clapboard  Yard is locked off, couldnt skulk it at all.  My agent got the LA, and he said no, "no interior access"  So I naturally threw an offer at it  ;)...  But the curiosity is killing me...

So... what do you think this means?  Mold?  meth house?

It is an interesting property, because if I can grab it, fix it and hold it, I can pop a 2 or 3 unit in the back if the $ finds me down the road.

Looks like it is probably occupied, could be foundation issues, or possibly fire other than that I don't see anything that would make it a tear down
