I don’t foresee retiring for at least fifteen years.I first stumbled upon the BiggerPockets Podcast a few months ago, became a member here last month, and just upgraded my membership to Pro Basic.My investment experience is mostly in the stock market, which has at best has returned mixed results.

The operating agreement should have that and many other things in it to cover any and all circumstances including death or incapacitation of one or more than one partner, physical and financial duties of each, insurance, buy out opps, additional partners, share of membership rights, and the list goes on.I believe the topic here was how to secure bank financing and have all 3 member partners responsible for it, so we should stay on that topic, however, the operating agreement is indeed very important!

You start networking, meeting with people, finding investor groups and telling them how you can help.Also, passing the exam is just the beginning,  you need to join a brokerage, then start paying fees to memberships to associations, to lock box services, to mris etc...
