I'm going to try and address each question in turn w/ enough depth to hopefully give some insight into the project and how I planned to execute it. 

For the love of God, call every property manager in the city and talk to them in depth.

I'm thinking a 1980s-built home would *hopefully* not require as much in-depth renovation or have as much deferred maintenance as a 100+ year home.

It was a complex project and required some in-depth due diligence.

You might want larger with more depth.
