The semi hoarder stuff was mostly misc heavy equipment tools, construction equipment, dirt bikes motorcycles on balcony/deck, some kind of in use heavy duty tow truck...it looked like a poorly organized commercial property or something.

I would likely jackhammer the pool deck and then jackhammer at least a few inches down on the sides if the pool, fill the pool basin with the concrete debris and fill the rest with dirt.
