On this Rental Agreement the following:           "Landlord reserves the rights and Tenant agrees to permit and allow Landlord/Owner to market/show the room to              future tenants by giving Tenant notices to show the room on the following day or twenty-four (24) hours in                          advance by text/call and on some exceptions allowing Landlord to market/show Tenant’s room on the same day                of the notice given to Tenant when potential future tenants are pressed for time with or without Tenant’s consent"My question is:  will this hold up in court?

When pressed, turns out the property manager supplied a range after the lease was signed because the tenant's sons' signed the lease (she's 80 years old), and she wanted a range.
