Yesterday he sent another voice mail saying he talked to the previous realtor (who was also the rehab manager) again and that he told him that no one approached him yet.to make a long story short - what do you think is the best approach.I have no issue paying the $150 the only issue i have is that if i pay (and i have no clue he was paid or not) that additional contractors will arrive and claim i owe them money.i know the story is a bit complicated but as this was one of our projects we could not do it any other way.thanks

As to the Ripoff report, sounds strange actually that a real estate fraud victim submits reports to FBI and Interpol...The website is www.chicagopropertycompany.com, there are four phone numbers but I always ended up with a voice mail when I called.

Since then, we have established that our communication will only be via email and text, and text messages are only for urgent matters, such as if the painters are coming in or if any repair personnel is coming in to address some repairs that they voiced out.

Once I have 5+ doors maybe hire a VA that can even answer a local google voice line during business hours for emergencies and even have them call the necessary contractor for issues.

How reckless.I wish I had a voice in that webinar.

You can actually do this with a nice voice, though.
