FAIR is a relative term subject to opinion.I am breaking no laws by saying my business model is that I won't take a listing under 6%.I could charge anywhere from 6% and up and it's not fixed.Sherman anti trust is collaberating with a large group for price fixing which is not occuring. You the seller can call Joe Blow down the street and if they offer 4% and you are happy with their services then great.I don't think it is ridiculous. You could reverse this and say a broker works like a dog on a 15k sale and makes 1,000 and the investor makes 40,000.Is it FAIR??
