Any contact from someone other than a principal, defined as the person in charge who has the caoacity, powers and authority to sell, is merely an inquiry and should be treated as such.

Until the new policies are laid out Im very concerned as an owner because again the inquiry traffic, control over bookings and collecting of payments is being further high jacked leaving the owner with less organic control over the business.

You should have this info available so you can minimize unnecessary credit inquiries.  

How they escaped a DOJ or FTC inquiry is truly incredible.If I was forced to do business with Airbnb, I would simply shut down the business.
