Is it ethical to plant signs saying "I Buy Bandit Signs" or should it be "Cash for Bandit Signs"? 

My thought is planting the idea of selling without coming across as to aggressive.

I'm not to far from you in Plant City.  

You still want to market publicly because there are many other people that rent month-to-month: people house shopping, corporate hires on temporary assignment, people between houses, people new to the area and not sure if they want to plant roots, etc.If you just market to traveling nurses, you'll miss out on a large segment of the renting population.

I am looking to have a big oak tree planted in the front.

we have individual storage lockers for  each apartment, laundry room in every building, private parking lot, and if you count this i just bought them patio furniture and put it out our courtyard and plan on having someone come in to plant a vegetable garden ( we have a couple seniors who miss their garden and alot of our students are vegans)

You might have to allow them in, but with an agreement not to smoke.Another problem with MJ users, is that they will often want to grow their own, which is part of what's often allowed - so many plants, etc.
