Not to speak out of turn, but I'm dead sure Derrick is running rings around me doing this.Putting in cash offers without an inspection contingency, when you are not a an experienced renovation contractor or handyman and are unable to sharply mitigate the risk of taking on a property with problems that will eat up all your reserves to fix, is a really bad idea.
