I can't tell you how many crushed dreams I've seen by people drinking the Grant Cardone Kool Aid- thinking you have to 10x everything or it's not worth the effort- start with a 20 unit or dont bother at all.

And yes there will be more drama like, significant others "stopping" by and not living there, smoking not just cigarettes, drinking to get drunk, and the occasional I have mouse so call an exterminator now complaint.

Even if you can't get a group together, I'd be happy to meet up for coffee/dinner/drinks etc.Keep me posted.
