Almost all of our units are two (2) bedroom, so we design the island or peninsula to accommodate 3-4 people seated.That way tenants have a place to sit and eat, and they don't have to take up a bunch of floor space for a dining room set.

I would recommend researching real estate investor specific attorneys and those that operate in multiple states so that as you grow and purchase properties in other states, your attorney team will be able to accommodate your needs.

They over charge, provide inadequate, often unhealthy or unsafe, accommodations and survive due to the fact most student tenants do not know their rights, nor the landlords obligations, and are too preoccupied with their studies (and university life) to really take action.
