I suspect the C- neighborhood I bought into in the late 00s is growing up a grade and kinda gentrifying, if there really is such a thing in Ocala.I observed full on gentrification in my own neighborhood in DC and I suspect something similar is happening where my rental is.

Go observe the dog interacting with others.Just a thought: the prospective tenant may want the listing because it's close to her work, will help her save money, or any number of reasons.

@Jayson Hinkson I guess I am more in the let them go camp but that is because my properties are desirable and I can normally get them rented within the two month notice period that tenants normally observe here in Ontario.

Maybe save yourself the expense and have your friends park in the driveway for street.Thanks for your helpJayEnd of memo.A couple of observations here–I knew the tenant was the one parking on the front lawn but I did not accuse him of that and suggested that it was his friends (defuse).

a few points / observations to consider late at night when you can't sleep.1). there are umbrella policies in the marketplace that cost $1,200-$1500 per year for a $10M-$15M limit.  2) I insure one of the larger Aesbestos contractors in the Midwest that does work in schools.
