@Ron Harris  being in and around real estate for 4 decades the industry moves slow.. but the abuses in the wholesaling realm are such that its gotten regulators attention and we are seeing it trickle through the states.if you read your real estate licensing laws they virtually read verbatim in each state. and its really just an enforcement issue or lack thereof..
