Perhaps I haven't found that or maybe I have but I need to be more specific.I'm not asking for a partnership or a mentor (although I'd love both) but I'm asking to hear from individuals that found themselves in the same boat but had the dedication and drive to push through it.

So, don't worry about missing the boat.

I purchased a boat and use a live aboard marina.

I was in the same boat for a while, I think the best thing to do is to take calculated action and to not over think too much.

Could be anything from a boat loan judgement 8 years ago, to a contractor lien of a disputed payment, to a cash advance loan the property owner didn’t realize or acknowledge was a junior property lien.

Many managers are in this same boat where they think they are making big money when the truth is they haven't increased profitability at all and may even be losing money.The solution?

If the property is already occupied and cash flowing, why rock the boat?

Sometimes I get Business Personal Property (BPP) like boats, trailers and airplanes because that's what's in the county records.
